Ways to submit the completed application:

1. Email (info@loanfund.org or to the loan officer that you have already begun working with)
   • Email Instructions:
     • After completing the form press the SAVE Button located on the form 
     • Save the document to your computer 
     • Open your personal email account, create a new email and attach the saved document to the new email 
     • Send the email with the attached document to info@loanfund.org
